Figma offers a rich, real-time collaborative experience in designing UI, while InVision favours a somewhat isolated design workflow, with changes introduced upon feedback. InVision also offers Cloud supports to its users. The biggest difference between Figma and InVision seems to be the style of collaboration.

There are two places where you can invite users to a project. ☝️ You can resend an email containing a project invitation link to specific user by removing them then re-adding them to the project. On Zeplin, the project will also automatically appear in their workspace.
